substandard cleaning servicemisleading website images

i found the daily cleaning service to be substandard. it only made the bed. no surfaces were wiped down. used glasses remained uncollected. also, the corner room i booked had two very small balconies. these balconies were essentially unusable for sitting. i found the website images misleading in their portrayal of balcony size.

i must say , the breakfast situation was a bit of a mess. one poor server seemed to be running the entire show on the morning of our departure. it was 45 minutes before closing , and she felt the need to constantly remind us of the impending deadline. she even snatched my toast right out of the toaster , claiming it was closing time. i tried to make another slice , but alas , the toaster had been unplugged.

The room was well-equipped and comfortable. The hotel's decor had a lovely style. The staff was super cute and helpful, they provided advice on places to visit and good restaurants. I found the attentiveness lovely, it left a lasting impression.

Our corner room, booked with a balcony, had two tiny balconies where it was only possible to stand. I felt the website images were misleading, this affected our stay. The daily cleaning service only made the bed, used glasses were not removed.

the breakfast was a buffet with many choices. i saw made-to-order omelets there. seatings were spacious and hours for eating were leisurely. the rooftop bar was an added bonus.

the room was modern looking. i stayed in the premium terrace room. this room was very small. there was no sound barrier because i could see under the door.
